00:00The National Unity Party of the Philippine Federal Party of President Bongbong Marcos is now in session as part of the preparations for the election of 2025.

00:09This is followed by the election of Vice President Sara Duterte in the Cabinet of the President.

00:14It is said that the former President Rodrigo Duterte and his brothers, Sinapulong and Baste, are busy preparing to run for the Senate.

00:23Jonathan Andao was there.

00:25President Bongbong Marcos witnessed the joining of the Philippine Federal Party and the National Unity Party or NUP in Makati City today as part of the preparations for the election of 2025.

00:41The NUP is now the third party in the political parties that have formed an alliance with the party of the President under what they call the Alliance for a New Philippines, which has one belief, unity.

00:54Vice President Sara Duterte attended the Cabinet of the President's tandem in the Unity Team during the election.

01:02When people come to us and say, it's just for politics, it just happened because of the election, the election is coming.

01:10Well, we cannot deny, there's truth to that. We have to organize ourselves for the next election.

01:15But we organize ourselves, that's not a marriage of convenience.

01:19When you hear that phrase, marriage of convenience, then let us answer them, no. Unity is in fact our ideology.

01:30VP Sara is in Cebu City, where she thanked those called by the Office of the Vice President for their assistance.

01:38She said that the three Dutertes are now preparing to run for the Senate.

01:43If the group of former President Duterte is ready, they will run.

01:59If the people that are surrounding me, the people of Basté Duterte, are ready, they will run.

02:09VP Sara believes that PDP members will be included in the senatorial slate of the three Dutertes.
