00:45I'm Bryan from Website Learners and let's start creating our e-commerce website. Now to create our e-commerce website,
00:50we're going to do three parts. The first part is to launch your e-commerce website.
00:54So this is where you get your new website live on the internet.
00:58Now to launch your website, just click the link below this video and
01:01it'll take you to make it mkwp.com where you can launch a ready-made e-commerce site.
01:06Now if you go with the normal provider, you need to build a site from scratch,
01:10but here you will get a complete e-commerce website ready to go.
01:14Now this platform has multiple templates to choose from, but since we are building an e-commerce website,
01:21let's choose this. Now to check how your website will look, just click demo
01:26and you can see the preview of the website once it is launched. Now if we click shop,
01:32you can see all the products that are available for purchase. Now if we click on a product,
01:37as you can see, we have got the product page where we can add it to cart. Okay.
01:42If you're ready to launch a site, just click launch site and you will get this page.
01:47Here you will find the details of your website plan.
01:49This plan is to keep your website live on the internet for one year. Okay.
01:53Now to launch your website, here enter your details and click next step.
02:00Scroll down, enter your payment details and click order now.
02:06Then you will get this page. This means you have purchased your website. Okay.
02:11Now to launch your website, click launch your site and you will get the make your WP dashboard.
02:17Now here enter name for your website. You can enter any name you want.
02:21So I'm going to go with fashion rose.
02:24Here you can see that our e-commerce website is already selected.
02:27Now just scroll down and click launch new website.
02:32Now, as you can see, our brand new website has been launched. Now, if you click visit,
02:37you will get your brand new website.
02:39This means your website is now live on the internet and anyone can access it by visiting this link.

02:51Instead of this, let's say you want to have your website.com.

03:04Now these are just demo products. So instead of these demo products,

03:13where we are going to see how you can add products to your site.
03:16Now to add your products, we are going to do three steps.
03:19Now let's go to the first step, which is to log into your WordPress dashboard.
03:22So to log into your website, let's go back to this tab.
03:26And if you click admin,
03:29you'll get the WordPress dashboard.
03:31So this is the place where you can control your entire website.
03:34Okay. Once you're logged into your website,
03:36you can go to step two, which is to delete the demo products.
03:40So delete the demo products.
03:41All you have to do is go to products and you will get these options.
03:46Now click all products and you will get all the products published on your site.
03:50So to delete these demo products, click here,
03:53and all the products will be selected. And now click here,
03:57then select motor trash and click apply.
04:00As you can see the demo products have been deleted.
04:03Now if we go to the products page and click refresh,
04:07you can see that all the products have been removed. Okay.
04:10Once you have deleted the demo products,
04:11you can now go to the final step, which is to add your own product.
04:15So to add your products, just go to your site admin area.
04:19Now click add new, and you will get this page.
04:23This is the place where you can add your products to your site.
04:26So to add a product to your shop, here enter your product title.

05:13So to publish our product, scroll to the top. Now let's click publish.

05:20Now if we go to our shop and click refresh,
05:24you can see that we have got the product in our shop.
05:27So now we have successfully added the first product to our site.
05:29In the same way, you can add any product you want. Okay.
05:34Now, as you can see here, our product price is displayed in rupees.
05:37Let's say you want to change the currency of your product. How will you do that?
05:41Now to change it, let's go back to our site dashboard,
05:44then go to WooCommerce and click settings.
05:48Now this is where you can change all the settings related to your store.
05:52Now to choose your currency,
05:53click here and select the currency for your products.
05:57I'm going to choose United States dollar and click save changes.
06:02So now if we go to our product page and click refresh,
06:07you can see that our product price is now shown in dollars.
06:11So this means we have successfully changed the product currency. Okay.
06:15Now let's see how people can purchase our products.
06:17So to purchase a product,
06:19just click the link on the product and click add to cart.
06:24Then click cart view, click proceed to checkout,
06:29and they will get the checkout page.
06:30Now fill up these details and click continue to shipping.
06:35Then click continue to payment.
06:37Now here you can see that it says no payment methods are available.
06:41Now how can people pay for your products and purchase them?
06:44To allow people pay for your products, you need to set up a payment method.
06:47Once you add a payment method,
06:49anyone can purchase your products and you can see the payment to your bank
06:52account.
06:53So next let's see how you can add a payment method to your site.
06:56Now to add a payment method, let's go back to our WordPress dashboard.
07:00Now click WP payments and you will get this page.
07:04Now we are going to use Stripe, which is a popular payment method.
07:07Now in order to add Stripe payments to our site,
07:09we need to connect our Stripe account with our website.
07:12So to create a Stripe account, just click here.
07:16Now enter your email ID and click continue.
07:20Then enter a password for your Stripe account and click continue again.
07:24Now select these options.
07:26I'm going to keep United States for the business address.
07:29Now click here to select the type of business.
07:31I'm going to select individual and click continue.
07:34Now enter your business details.
07:37And once you're done, just click continue.
07:40Now you can add your bank account details to receive the payments.
07:43You can select the bank manually here, or you can also enter it here.
07:47I'm going to enter it manually.
07:49So let's click here and now enter your bank account details.
07:53So when someone purchases a product from your website,
07:55that money will be sent to this bank account.
07:57And once you're done adding, just click save.
08:01Then click continue.
08:03Now you can check the summary of all the details you've entered.

08:09And you can see that we have successfully created a Stripe account

08:14Now, if you go back to our checkout page, you can see previously,
08:17we didn't have any payment method here.
08:19Now, if we click refresh, you can see that we have got the Stripe payment method.
08:24So this means we have successfully added the Stripe payment method to our website.

08:28Now anyone can purchase a product by placing the order.
08:31So to get your products, people just need to enter the payment details.
08:34And if they click place order, they will get this page.
08:37So this means your customer has successfully completed the payment

08:46you have received the product payment?
08:47So when someone purchases a product from your website, you will get the payment
08:51confirmation email in your inbox.

10:02So to edit your site's content, just go to edit to Elementor and click on it.

10:09So this is the place where you can edit the content of your website.
10:12Now, let's say you want to change this text.
10:14So all you have to do is just select the text you want.
10:17And enter your own text.
10:19And as you can see, the text has been changed in the same way.

10:26Now, if you want to change this button color, just click on it, go to the style
10:31tab and change the color from here.
10:37Now, let's say you want to change this image, just click on the image

10:43Now click choose image,
10:47then drag and drop the image from the computer.
10:50And you can see that we have successfully changed the image.
10:53Now to save your changes, click here to update and the changes will be saved.
10:58Now, if we go to our website and click refresh, you can see that we

11:08Now, if you want to change this image, just go back to this tab.
11:13Click on the image,
11:16then click upload image.
11:20Now drag and drop your image and your image will be changed.

11:27So this is how you can change any content on your website.
11:30Here, you can see that we still have a default logo.
11:33So now let's see how you can add your own logo.
11:36Now to add your logo, let's go back to your dashboard,
11:40go to appearance and click theme options.
11:44And you will get these options to customize your website.
11:47Now to add your logo, just click logo.
11:51Now click upload, then drag and drop your logo and your logo will be added.

12:50You can do that by getting your own domain name for your site.
12:53So next, let's see how you can add your own domain name to your website.
12:57So to get your own domain name, just go to the video you're watching right now.
13:01Click the link in the description.
13:04And this will take you to webspace gate where you can buy your domain name.
13:07So here enter the name that you want for your website.
13:10I'm going to enter fashionrose.com.
13:13Now, if we click search, you can see that this domain name is available.
13:19So once you find a domain name, which is available to get a name for your
13:22website, just click add to cart.
13:26Then click continue.
13:28And now it'll ask you to select the hosting plan.
13:30As we already have a hosting plan on make AWP, let's select skip here.
13:36And you will get this cart page.
13:38Now here, you can see that we're getting a domain name for one year.
13:41After one year, you need to renew it to keep using it.
13:45So to get this domain, let's fill up these details.
13:50Enter your payment details.
13:55And once you're done, click order now.
13:58And you can see that we have made the payment.
14:01Now, if we click continue, then click domains.
14:07You can see we have got a domain name.
14:09Okay.
14:09Once you've got your domain name, how will you connect a domain with your website?
14:13So to connect it, click on this box, click manage DNS.
14:20Then you will get this page.
14:22Now we need to enter our website's IP address next to the A record.
14:25So to get your IP address, just go to your make AWP dashboard.
14:31Click domains.
14:33And you will get these details.
14:35Now just copy this IP address and paste the IP address here.
14:44Once you've done that, click confirm and the changes will be saved.
14:48Okay.
14:49Now go back to make AWP.
14:51Then here, enter your domain name.
14:56Click current domain.
14:58And you can see that our domain name is connected with our website.
15:01Once it's connected, now let's take it.
15:03Let's open a new tab.
15:06Now, if we enter our domain name, which is fashionrose.com and press enter,
15:11you can see that we have successfully got our website in our own domain name.
15:18Now people can access your website by entering your domain name and they can
15:21purchase the products on your website.

15:27And in this website, we have used a WordPress theme.
15:30Now in the future, let's say you've got an update for your theme.
15:33You can still use this website without updating the theme for as long as you want.

15:43Once you purchase the theme, whenever your theme has a new version, you'll

15:48So to update your theme, all you have to do is just click on the
