00:13The government, which has also adopted the guidelines set out in the Centre's farmer's
00:17welfare policy, has decided to implement the welfare reform and take the guidelines into

00:22Accordingly, the Central State Government, the current Ministers, MPs, MLAs and MPs
00:27MLAs, MLCs, Mayors, District Administrative Chairmen, Central Government Employees, Doctors,
00:31Engineers, Lawyers, Chartered Accountants, etc.
00:33There is no excuse for the farmers who have taken over the land.
00:36After taking all of these into consideration, it is estimated that around 26 lakh farmers
00:40will have to pay for the welfare reform.
