Storms to cause varied travel problems this Wednesday

00:00We're still dealing with some storms in the central U.S. right now. In the short term,

00:05Denver International Airport's delays are actually increasing. So 60-minute delays,

00:09and the red arrow is up, which is a bad direction there. So increasing trouble there.

00:15Spotty storms around, and we do have some wind as well. But moving ahead to tomorrow,

00:19we're going to see another round of spotty storms around the Denver Metro. But the more widespread

00:23thunderstorm activity is going to be a little farther east into the plains, parts of the

00:26Midwest. Chicago, hot day, spotty storms around, minor delays tied to that late in the day. In

00:32Atlanta, you're going to be windy in the morning, so high volume and wind, not a good combination.

00:36Farther south, you'll also see a little bit of wind in the afternoon. But major delays

00:40possible from Houston South tied to the tropical rainfall. Scattered storms also leading to delays

00:44there into the New Orleans Metro, and scattered storms into Florida. We mentioned the wind there
