00:21Well, you have to remember, just a few years ago, the Conservatives won a general election.
00:27And people thought, actually, the Conservatives were doing a good job.
00:30Otherwise, we wouldn't have re-elected them.
00:32But what's happened in the last few years is we've been hit by two once-in-a-century crises.
00:36A pandemic, which we hadn't seen before, and then an energy crisis as Russia invaded Ukraine
00:42and everyone's energy bills spiralled. And that's had an enormous impact on everybody.
