00:03Members of the Greek Parliament, Fatul Huzir Ayob,

00:05unanimously rejected the condition that allowed more big names,

00:11including former UMNO leader, to compete in the party election next October.

00:17He personally opined that it was not appropriate.

00:20The party made the condition that it needed to be the top leaders for two months

00:26if they wanted to compete in the top five positions.

00:30According to him, the condition not only did not give room for the new faces,

00:35on the contrary, the party was at a loss

00:36because the people did not see the big name

00:39referring to the leaders who also helped to attract support,

00:43especially from UMNO members.

00:46Last week, the party unanimously announced that those who want to compete in the next October election

00:51need to appeal to the MPT in accordance with articles 14.14 and 14.16 of the United Nations.
