The charity-slash-travel show is now filming in Canberra. Contestants from a previous series explain what it's like to be on the show.

00:00So there you have it, it goes without saying, that will be one of the most memorable trips

00:04that both myself and all the adventurers will be part of.

00:07But you've heard enough from me, let's hear from the real stars of the show.

00:10What an adventure, and just in our backyard.

00:20What an incredible experience.

00:21Looking back, packed so much stuff into five days, it's been awesome.

00:31It's been a great week, probably one of the best weeks of my life, probably.

00:34Well I think it's about, you know, doing things differently.

00:43You know, life's not a rehearsal, so you need to get out there and just do it.

00:47It's been full on, every day, from the moment we get up, to the moment we go to sleep at night.

00:52Bring it on!

00:57And we never know what in the hell we're doing.

00:59I'm very happy, and sore, everywhere.

01:07I feel like I can take on a lot more things than I did in life before.

01:10We can all get motivated and get off our backsides and enjoy life.

01:20Don't wait until it's too late.

01:22I've done a whole bunch of stuff I've never done before.

01:24Oh yes!

01:29Exhausted.

01:30I knew it would be an adventure trip, but I didn't actually think it would be this full on.

01:37Genuine sweat.

01:38Get out of the city, and get into the country, and get amongst the stuff.

01:42The places we've visited, the things we've seen, have been nothing short of sensational.

01:50Do what we can do, while we can do it.

01:52It's amazing to know that you can push your body to that point, and you just feel exhilarating.

02:00You know, that's what it's all about, and that's why we're here.
