Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck are clearly heading down the path of divorce, because TMZ has learned they are quietly trying to sell the home they bought after they married.

00:00So, uh, the Dias cast, uh, J-Lo and Ben Affleck are getting divorced and we have the proof.

00:05We broke a story over the weekend.

00:07They are selling the marital mansion they bought almost a year ago to the day.

00:13Um, Ben has already moved out.

00:16She is looking for her own home and that mansion is now on the market.

00:21A mansion that they, they worked so hard to find for months.

00:25No, no, no.

00:26Two years.

00:27Was it two years?

00:28Two years.

00:30It has been two years.

00:31They looked at over 80 properties, settled on this one.

00:34Well, they looked for about a year before they found that one.

00:37They were looking for two years.

00:38I mean, they actually were looking before.

00:40Yeah, it went on forever.

00:42Well, it doesn't matter now, uh, because it has been listed, uh, and actually they listed

00:46it with someone at the agency, uh, Maurizio Imanski's, uh, agency.

00:51And their realtor is Santiago Arana, big realtor and the agency, um, has quietly listed it.

00:57It's an off the market listing.

00:59They are asking around $65 million.

01:02Thing is.

01:03That's a loss.

01:04Well, yeah.

01:05Even though they bought it for 60.

01:06They bought it for a little over 60.

01:07It's a loss because in LA now you have a mansion tax, which is millions and millions of dollars.

01:13You've got realtor's fees.

01:15And I, I didn't know this until this weekend.

01:18They did a ton of improvements on the house.

01:20Oh, really?

01:21Yeah.

01:22And so they're going to lose millions of dollars if they, so that, so that's not a great time

01:25to buy this.

01:26To be selling it.

01:28Right.

01:29And I think that shows you that how dire things are in the marriage.

01:32The fact that they'd be willing to take that kind of a loss just to move on.

01:37Well, they have, they have to at this point because, um, I believe there is a mortgage

01:41on this property still.

01:42I mean, I don't think there was when they bought it, but I think there's a mortgage

01:46on this property and, um, and they're just going to be sinking more and more money.

01:52Everybody says, well, they're so rich.

01:53It doesn't matter.

01:54It does matter.

01:56And we're actually doing a documentary, um, that's going to air on the, on Fox network

02:01on Sunday night.

02:02It'll be on Hulu Monday morning on JLo and Ben, the warning signs about this.

02:07And we're going to be talking about one of the things is they spend a ton of money.

02:13So it's not like, oh yeah, it's just 60 million.

02:15It matters to them.

02:16Yeah.

02:17It really matters.

02:18Why?

02:19How could it not to spend that kind of money?

02:20Um, so we, you know, let me tell you the weird thing about it is that that's the obvious

02:25sign, right?

02:26Once we broke that story, you say, and we'd seen all the breadcrumbs being dropped for

02:31weeks.

02:32Ben living in this other house and them having sort of awkward meetings in public, air kisses,

02:38the air kisses.

02:39Exactly.

02:40Uh, but then, uh, the next day on Sunday, Jennifer went out to dinner Saturday night,

02:45Saturday night, Saturday night, Georgia Baldy, and, uh, she was still wearing her wedding

02:51ring.

02:53And by the way, the day before Ben Affleck was out looking miserable, I might say, but

02:57also wearing his wedding ring.

03:00So look, I can't explain it, but I can tell you, we know that they are, they've been trying

03:06to sell the house for two weeks.

03:07This isn't just yesterday.

03:08Right.

03:09They've been trying to sell it for two weeks, quietly showing it.

03:13So I got to say, the other thing that, you know, we get into in this documentary a lot

03:17is just, look, they broke up 20 years ago.

03:20Right.

03:22And when we kind of pieced all of this together, there are so many warning signs that this

03:27was not going to work out.

03:29And we, you and I talked about this when they, when they got back.

03:32They got back together.

03:33Right.

03:34And it just seemed like, um, it was almost like they were just the public love for them

03:40to be back together, that they were in love with that idea.

03:43They were in love with that idea, but also separately, he hates publicity and she loves

03:50publicity and just the way their lives are just, they don't mesh particularly well.

03:56There's a lot of passion.

03:57You can't keep that passion up in day to day life.

04:00Day to day.

04:01You're not, that's been one of the big, big problems.

04:05So I have a question.

04:06So you're saying warning signs and maybe it's just their lifestyles and their personalities,

04:11but I've brought this up before and it kind of, it kind of got poo-pooed at the time.

04:14You go back and you look at these paparazzi photos and these videos of them over the past

04:18like year and a half where they're out in public, Ben looking miserable, them seemingly

04:22arguing at times.

04:23We've seen that plenty of times.

04:25Would you count that as a warning sign?

04:27Because on his face, I would say, yeah, that's a, that's like a clear sign that they were

04:30already struggling or is this going to get poo-pooed again?

04:33No, it's not going to get poo-pooed.

04:36But I think those warnings started long before they even got back together the second time.

04:41But you're right.

04:42And we actually get into that in the documentary that, you know, he says, this is my resting

04:46face.

04:48There are psychologists who beg to differ that this is all just resting face and we

04:54do get into that.

05:03the documentary that already came out about JLo and she recently canceled her concert

05:08and it was at 78% being sold out.

05:12So things are definitely not going well over with JLo.

05:17No, she's, she's having a really terrible year.

05:21I mean, because, and you got to remember too, I mean, there are kids involved here, there's

05:25blended families that are now splitting up.

05:28So it is a real difficult situation for them.

05:36then on the network, Fox network, and then the next day on Hulu next Monday.
