Finance Minister II Datuk Seri Amir Hamzah Azizan told a press conference on Sunday that the monthly RM200 Budi Madani cash assistance should be sufficient to off-set the increase in the price of diesel for most Malaysians as it is to cover 80% of diesel vehicle owners based on consumption patterns from Statistics Department data.
