01:51 Instead of increasing the price of our goods,
01:57 we really thought of that,
01:59 that's why our President ordered us to give all the help to the country.
02:05 Let's find a way.
02:07 For House Speaker Martin Romualdez,
02:09 who was the first in various programs launched in the province,
02:13 it can be considered that the administration's activities were successful.
02:17 This is very successful,
02:19 so I am thankful to our President
02:22 because this is his vision to bring our government closer to the people.
02:27 And this is what happened.
02:28 The former President and now the Pampanga Representative Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo,
02:33 who is one of the 167 congressmen who gave support to the programs in the province,
02:38 also has a message.
02:40 Congratulations to the people of Davao del Norte and Tagum City,
02:47 and many thanks to President Marcos and Speaker Romualdez.
02:52 In the coming weeks and months,
02:54 Speaker Romualdez's target is to bring these programs to other parts of the country,
02:59 in line with President Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr.'s aspiration
03:03 to bring the government's various services closer to the Filipinos.
