01:11they do have the numbers in a pre-poll alliance so there's no question of begrudging them
01:15their right to form the government and I think the India Alliance decided very clearly there's
01:19no point trying to create a drama out of this, let them form the government and we will be

01:26Coalitions are not a bad thing in themselves because they will make the Prime Minister
01:30and his party much more accountable to others than they have been in the last 10 years.

01:41the currency, don't even consult the cabinet, don't even consult your finance minister.
01:46Impose a lockdown at short hours notice, don't even consult the chief ministers who have
01:49to implement it. That style is over now. You can't go around saying you'll do as you wish
01:54you're going to have to take into account the views of your own coalition partners because
01:58you don't have a majority and that can only be healthy for the country that the government
02:02functions in a totally different way from the way it's done in the past.
