DOID Akuisisi Tambang Antrasit di Amerika USD122,4 Juta

Emiten tambang batu bara, PT Delta Dunia Makmur Tbk (DOID) melalui anak usahanya, American Anthracite SPV I, LLC akan mengakuisisi saham Atlantic Carbon Group, Inc. Nilai akuisisi tersebut sebesar USD122,4 juta.   "Pada 3 Juni 2024, American Anthracite SPV I, LLC, anak perusahaan terkendali perseroan telah menandatangani Stock Purchase Agreement untuk mengakuisisi Atlantic Carbon Group, Inc, suatu produsen antrasit ultra high-grade terbesar kedua di Amerika Serikat (AS) senilai USD122,4 juta," ungkap Direktur Utama DOID, Ronald Sutardja dalam keterbukaan informasi BEI, Rabu (5/6).
