We took a walk around Walsall 'most expensive' road

Residents of Woodlands Avenue in Walsall have said their road is 'the perfect place to live' in response to being called 'the most expensive road in Walsall'.

00:04classed as one of the most expensive streets to buy a house on and according to residents it's

00:09also the nicest. As you can see behind me quite large houses but they're absolutely fantastic

00:13houses down here. I've been speaking to a few residents every single one of them have said

00:17they've absolutely loved it. Janice has said that it's absolutely brilliant to live on the street

00:22that they had a little jubilee party just on the island behind me during the Queen's Jubilee

00:29and she said that there's brilliant community spirit on the street. It's really a hidden

00:33gem inside of Walsall. Some of the houses do go for around about £700,000 to £800,000 up to a

00:40million but it's absolutely fantastic if you've got the money to buy a house on this street.

00:45It's an absolutely brilliant street, quiet neighbourhood. I'm absolutely shocked at how

00:52nice this street is to live in. I think I might be trying to upgrade soon if I can work out a

00:57pay rise but it's absolutely fantastic to live there and I completely agree it's definitely

01:02one of the more expensive streets to buy a house on but it also seems like it's the nicest.
