Satellite launches to probe how clouds affect climate

The EarthCARE orbiter, the result of collaboration between the European Space Agency and Japan's JAXA space agency, has launched on a SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket in California.  It aims to investigate what role clouds could play in the fight against climate change.  #esa #space #climatechange #clouds
