00:22ordering Israel to immediately halt its military operations in Rafah.

00:36Judge Bhandari, a respected jurist with an illustrious career, has been a member of the

02:16National Security Adviser Zachir Hanegbi and the Foreign Ministry stated that Israel's
02:21military operations in Rafah comply with international law and that they do not intend to create
02:27conditions leading to the destruction of the Palestinian population.
02:31Israel's Foreign Cabinet Minister Benny Gantz echoed this sentiment, asserting that
02:37military operations would continue wherever deemed necessary.
02:42Palestinian Ambassador to the Union Riyad Mansour praised the ruling and urged its immediate
02:48implementation, emphasizing that adherence to ICJ resolutions is mandatory and highlighting
02:54Israel's obligation as a party to the Genocide Convention.
