00:09balls on the cones you make sure they're accurate

00:56so the first we've got our Ali Bones ladies and gentlemen you can see the

01:09and then back up to those cones leaving lovely but again

01:12and back up to our stopwatch that's the first one done Ali well done

01:26next we have Alison Riley with Crumble this is the RDA podium

01:34quick turn at the bottom there back up through the same set of cones

01:41so this podium is the RDA one and the competition one
