00:00You know, the Grayson Murray stuff is looming around this and it's an awful situation, but
00:10hopefully people see it and can take the understanding, again, the importance of the mental health
00:15stuff from it.
00:16Yeah, I agree, Kevin.
00:18I think there really are some positives around this awful situation.
00:23And I think some of the players have, you know, expressed that.
00:27I think Jay Monahan, the commissioner of the PGA Tour, talked about how much he learned
00:32from Grayson Murray over the years.
00:33I guess they talked a lot.
00:35The PGA Tour, I didn't even know this, but has a lot of options at every tournament site
00:40if players need assistance, if they need any kind of therapy.
00:44So, you know, I think Grayson Murray has done some positives for golfers and for athletes
00:50maybe around the world in bringing attention to this.
00:53And that's kind of the legacy that we probably want to walk away with from this, you know,
00:58if we're able to spin this into a positive, that he has brought some more of this to light.
01:03The unfortunate thing is the young man was starting to really turn his life around.
01:07He had struggled with alcohol and mental health and depression and anxiety.
01:12He had been sober for almost a year and, you know, just won a tournament back in January.
01:17And I guess he, you know, had played with Peter Malmati for the first two days of Colonial
01:21and was very pleasant and it really broke Malmati up.
01:25He was in tears on TV, so obviously had an impact on his life in just 48 hours.
01:32So yeah, you know, it's obviously a tragic situation and a dark cloud.
01:37But a lot of the comments that I heard is, you know, this guy has done some things.
01:41The life was heading in a positive direction and he's educated some people and brought
01:46some things to light.
01:47So, you know, that's where I'd like to move forward from here is let's look at what the
01:51good he did and hopefully that has some impact down the road.
