UFL UPDATE: Arlington Renegades Take Down Playoff-Bound St. Louis Battlehawks, 36-22

The Arlington Renegades defeated the St. Louis Battle Hawks in the final home game of the 2024 UFL season at Choctaw Stadium. The Renegades dominated with a final score of 36-22, with their best performance of the season. The defense was outstanding, securing two fumbles, two interceptions, and making crucial stops to pave the way for the Arlington offense to shine. The offense delivered with 345 total yards and 18 first downs, winning the third-down conversion battle as well.  Quarterback Luis Perez led the charge, amassing 259 yards and throwing three touchdowns, further solidifying his position as the league leader in passing yards. In the postgame press conference, head coach Bob Stoops attributed their success to simply playing better as a team, without implementing any drastic changes to their defense strategy.  Looking ahead, the Renegades are set to face off against the D.C. Defenders for their final game of the 2024 UFL season. The upcoming game against the Defenders promises to be an exciting matchup as the Renegades aim to finish the season on a high note.
