00:00We're working on that and it'll be coming to the floor soon and the reason that we're
00:09doing that is because this is not about politics you've heard that allegation
00:12this is about this is about process you have the judiciary and the oversight
00:16committees that are working together very carefully on this and the purpose
00:20of getting the audio tapes of the the Biden interview is is because the
00:25committees have to do their legislative work this is they use the audio to
00:29evaluate the work and the accuracy of the special counsel we have a transcript
00:34there's nothing should be no surprises here and it's um it's very interesting
00:38to us that the president is trying to evoke executive privilege over that
00:41which doesn't even apply here this isn't covered by executive privilege this is
00:46not this is not the president receiving candid advice from his advisors while
00:50executing his presidential responsibilities remember this was well
00:55an interview with his ghostwriter and then sitting for an interview with a
00:58special prosecutor investigating he had whether he himself the president
01:02criminally mishandled classified documents so the executive privilege
01:05doesn't even apply here and that's why the contempt is the the measure that's
01:12appropriate here and I think it will pass the house handle it
