00:00Every single person is saying there's no crime, there's no crime.

00:06It's a kangaroo court.

00:08There's never been anything like this that I've ever seen.

00:10Now I have two other trials that were kangaroo courts also.

00:13It's stacked up.

00:14And hopefully a public division will take care of those things because they're egregious.

00:19And the problem is that New York is really on trial itself.

00:22The whole world is watching. They're seeing what's happening.

00:25And you can't use conflicted judges.

00:27This is a conflicted judge.

00:29Highly conflicted judge.

00:31And you just can't do that.

00:33You just cannot allow that to happen because you ruin the whole system.

00:36The whole system comes tumbling down.

00:39And New York, look, I love New York.

00:41This is where I grew up.

00:42I was born here, I grew up here.

00:44And I see what's happening with this judicial system.

00:48And it's just, they call it all kangaroos.

00:52And we just can't have it.

00:53And I think the appellate courts can take care of a lot of things.

00:56But this one shouldn't even get to an appellate court.

00:59This should be an easy ruling.

01:01And it should really be.

01:02And I think it would be great for Judge Marchand to rule from the bench

01:06and to terminate this witch hunt.

01:08And it needs it.

01:09It really needs it.

01:10It needs decisiveness.

01:11Every single scholar says there's been no crime, he's done nothing wrong.
