Bulan April menjadi bulan yang pahit untuk PT Sepatu Bata Tbk (BATA). Pasalnya, produsen sepatu itu baru saja menutup pabriknya di Purwakarta, Jawa Barat per 30 April 2024.   Melongok kinerja keuangannya pun, BATA tercatat membukuka rugi bersih yang dapat diatribusikan kepada pemilik entitas induk tercatat sebesar Rp190,29 miliar di 2023. Realisasi itu membengkak sebesar 79,66 persen dibanding capaian periode 2022 yang merugi Rp105,92 miliar.
