Are Londoners getting ruder?
Transcript
00:00 I don't think Londoners are getting ruder, personally. I've been here for five years.
00:03 I've got quite a nice community. I live in Zone 2.
00:06 Yeah, like, I think the real Londoners who want to move right here have always been so nice and
00:13 it's just, there's such a community here.
00:15 Is London getting ruder? I'd say definitely more so.
00:17 So I have a bias, I used to live in Japan a little bit, like,
00:21 during the Covid years, so obviously in there,
00:23 when I was quite mad at when I came out to London, things were quite ruder,
00:27 people were quite unsociable and groups were, like, more annoyed to speak with you.
00:32 Obviously there's exceptions and there's places where people are quite nice,
00:34 but generally I feel like people are kind of like, don't want to talk to you,
00:37 they don't have to talk to you kind of thing.
00:38 I haven't found that actually. No, I find people seem to be smiley and
00:44 always wanting to help you if you're lost.
00:47 On the trains I invariably get offered a seat, so it's all good.
00:51 I don't think so. I mean, I've been living here for a few months now and people have
00:55 been surprisingly nice to me, especially colleagues at work, although on the commute people are
00:59 pretty rough at times, but I think everyone is going to fall into the habit and want to do.
