01:45 Diet day five. So the last few days the scale has not moved but today it did. Had
01:51 a hot cup of electrolytes, headed out the door to take my kiddos to our co-op
01:57 class. I didn't have time to do breakfast when I got home I had half a pound of
02:01 ground beef and I had an early dinner. I was just kidding about eating it raw. I
02:05 am not quite there in my journey, not sure if I ever will be. Overall I am
02:09 feeling fantastic. My energy levels are much better without coffee. Feeling good.
