Couple shares outrage with Virgin Media service

00:12 Telephone line, it can't be done through a mobile, it has to be done through a landline.

00:18 And we're really crossed that Virgin Media have just bumped us off.

00:24 And obviously we're now in this situation and we don't want to be in it.

00:28 And I don't want anybody else to be in this situation.

00:32 We don't deserve it, we've not had a full service from the time it started.

00:38 Virgin haven't provided the service they promised, but they're prepared to charge us when we want to come away from them.

00:46 Technically our contract hasn't gone live.
