00:00 It's a week later than the Dockers had hoped but Sean Darcy will play his first AFL game
00:07 of the season.
00:08 The Ruck rejoining Luke Jackson in the side following a pre-season knee injury.
00:12 He's coming off a pretty limited prep if you look at his summer so it will take a little
00:17 bit of time for him to get back to the amount of Ruck work he was playing last year.
00:22 Contest is their big strength, I'm sure you'll agree with that.
00:26 And their stoppage work is pretty good as well so yeah only a couple of goals off being
00:32 undefeated so we sort of know what kind of game we're going to get.
00:35 The Eagles coming off a big win over Richmond and a competitive showing against Sydney.
00:40 We're still working on a lot of areas of our game and a few of the areas clicked on the
00:44 weekend against the understrength Tigers so we're not delusional but we're taking steps
00:48 forward so we'll get a pretty good audit this week.
00:52 The Eagles have made one change for the derby with Dom Sheed named in the 23-man squad following
00:56 a frustrating run of injuries.
00:58 For Fremantle, Darcy is joined in the side by Sam Sturt with Sam Swietkowski out with
01:03 concussion while Matt Tabiner has been managed.
01:06 I've been really impressed with the way the players have owned our part in those two losses.
01:13 We need to learn from them and get better from them because if we're in that position
01:15 later in the year or down the track in big games we want to be able to execute.
01:19 Fremantle hasn't lost a derby since May 2021.
