00:22 So, for something that was supposed to come in to stop people from smoking,

00:26 they're going straight on to vaping instead of coming off smoking to go to vaping.

00:29 Well, if you've got parents who don't mind their kids smoking,

00:32 then they're going to buy it for their kids and off.

00:35 My daughter's 14 and her friends can get hold of vapes.

00:39 Cigarettes, no, but vapes, yes. It's almost like a toy to them with the flavours.

00:44 I understand it might help those who are trying to give up the actual cigarettes for the vapes,

00:50 but I think ID needs to be used.

00:55 The same with alcohol, cigarettes, anything that's over 18.

00:59 So, they should be asked for ID.
