00:00The Supreme Court will address the historic question of presidential immunity.
00:04Without presidential immunity, the president cannot function as his political opponents
00:09will blackmail and extort him with the threat of wrongful persecution at every turn, including
00:16when he leaves office.
00:17They're going to say, you don't give us this, whether it's for taxes or military or anything.
00:23We're going to go get you because we're allowed to now, because you wouldn't have immunity.
00:28They're going to get you after you leave office.
00:30It literally would be blackmail.
00:32We look forward to presenting our case in the Supreme Court.
00:35It's going to be one of the most important cases, because without presidential immunity,
00:40you have nothing.
00:41You don't have a president.
00:43You have just a ceremonial position.
00:46And we can't have that.
00:48A president has to be strong, has to be powerful, has to make good decisions.
00:53But if you don't have presidential immunity, if you don't have a strong form of immunity,
01:00you're not going to have anything.
01:01You're not going to have a president that can function.
01:03It's not going to work.
01:05It would never work.
01:07Everybody assumes that a president has immunity.
01:10A president has to have immunity, or he cannot or she cannot function.
01:15The president doesn't have immunity.
01:18He or she will be nothing more than a ceremonial president, rarely having the courage to do
01:23what has to be done for our country and to make our country great again.
01:28This is not what the founders had in mind at all.
01:31This is not what they wanted to think about.
01:34This is not where they wanted us to be.
01:36The founders wanted the president to have immunity so the president can feel free to
01:42make decisions.
01:43Hopefully, there'll be great decisions.
01:45But whether they are or not, a president of the United States has to have immunity.
01:52Thank you.
