01:25 are very beneficial for human health.
01:27 For example, it is said about the Prophet (PBUH) that whenever he used to rest,
01:31 he used to lie on a straight bed,
01:33 and now if we talk about lying on a straight bed,
01:35 it is very good for the heart,
01:37 it strengthens the heart,
01:39 because if we lie on a straight bed,
01:41 it puts pressure on the heart,
01:43 which is the flow of blood,
01:45 the blood flow which is being converted,
01:47 which is being diverted,
01:49 it is affected, due to which many things can go towards badness.
01:52 If we talk about this, then the Prophet (PBUH) has a saying,
01:55 "Make three parts of food,
01:57 one part is food, one part is water, and one part is air."

02:05 and this will keep the system of digestion better,
02:08 it will be a very good routine for your health,

02:14 The Prophet (PBUH) saw a man who was doing the opposite,
