00:00 I appreciate your concern and your sadness.
00:07 You would want to see Vedanta and Upanishads and Swami Vivekananda in the syllabi and
00:24 that would be such a beautiful thing obviously.
00:31 If that could happen that would eradicate so much ignorance and pain from this world.
00:40 But mind you, "Satyamev Jayate" if that is not happening right now, it merely means
00:47 that it is waiting to happen.
00:49 How would it happen?
00:52 If it happens right now, if the masses embrace the teachers willingly, then the learning
01:04 would come at a small price.
01:14 The whole movement, the transition would be smooth.
01:23 But if the masses do not listen to the teachers and if the leaders of these masses are not
01:34 sensitive and wise enough to incorporate spiritual teachers in the academic curricula, then the
01:48 change would happen in a very explosively disruptive way.
01:57 Truth has to win.
01:58 Either you happily surrender to it and if you don't happily surrender to it, then the
02:05 victory of truth would come at the price of your existence.
02:16 Either you align yourself with the truth or you will find that you have been annihilated.
02:25 Either way truth has to win.
02:29 Are you getting it?
02:31 Right now it does not quite look probable that the world would willingly embrace Vedanta.
02:43 Then how would the world embrace Vedanta?
02:45 The world would be forced to embrace Vedanta.
02:51 Depression and all kinds of mental disorders and conflict within the human being and conflict
02:57 among human beings and conflict among sections and countries and widespread chaos and strife
03:12 would force humanity to listen to the teachers.
03:20 But it seems that we are so obstinate that we listen to the teachers only after all our
03:28 other options are exhausted and after we have totally decimated our world.
03:37 We want to keep the teachers as our very last option.
03:41 We want to try everything else before we turn to the teachers.
03:47 As if we are saying that anything else is acceptable, more acceptable than the teachers.
03:56 When nothing else works, only then will we go to the teacher and if that's the condition
04:02 mankind has set, then you must know the implications of that condition.
04:07 What you are saying is, I have 50 options and listening to the teacher is my absolutely
04:15 50th option.
04:19 So I will try out 1,2,3,4,5 right till number 49 and only after all 49 have failed and exhausted
04:27 will I unwillingly embrace number 50.
04:35 Which means all your 49 options will have to be proven false.
04:42 Which means 49 deep defeats to mankind.
04:46 Which means mankind will invest everything that it has in those 49 false options.
04:54 Which means that before mankind comes to the 50th option, it would have practically already
05:00 devastated itself.
05:03 But that's the route it seems we all want to take.
05:13 So yes, obviously had the teachers been physically alive, they would have been greatly pained
05:29 by this situation.
05:35 But nevertheless if truth is truth and if a teacher is actually representing the truth,
05:47 then there is no way you can ignore the teacher for long.
05:54 Maybe he won't be physically there anymore, maybe you will listen to him 200 years after
05:59 he is gone.
06:01 But listen you will.
06:08 That's an existential law.
06:09 You cannot disrupt it.
06:19 Certain things are unbreakable like this law.
