Bizarre video shows a man on a mobility scooter dragging a metal fence along a busy main road.

The pensioner was spotted pulling the unusual load as he stopped at traffic lights in Grimsby.

The large steel palisade fence was tied to the vehicle's headrest while the man towed it on the road behind him.
