00:00 Welcome to instant cooking.

00:04 Today I am making custard apple pudding.

00:07 This is very simple dish but very tasty dessert.

00:11 So for this we need a stud apple, sugar, soaked rice, dry fruit and milk.

00:18 Firstly take a pan, add around 50 grams of soaked rice.

00:24 I have soaked it in water for around 50 minutes.

00:29 Now add 1 litre of milk.

00:37 Now in a blender take custard apple.

00:45 Add little milk and gently churn it for 1 to 2 seconds only.

00:52 Now take a big stainer, add this pulp, remove the seed and your custard apple pulp is ready.

01:05 Our rice is cooking in milk, it's thicken up.

01:09 Now add sugar as per your taste.

01:12 Remember custard apple is quite sweet so add less sugar.

01:16 Now add the pulp, mix it well and switch off the mixer.

01:28 Now take small bowls, take 2 to 3 teaspoon of custard apple pudding.

01:37 Garnish it with custard apple pulp, some dry fruits, watermelon seed and chopped mixed dry fruits, cashew nut.

01:50 Now refrigerate it for 2 to 3 hours and serve it chilled.
