00:00 Welcome to instant cooking.

00:04 Today I am making very different sweet dish called potato mango burfi.

00:09 For this we need boiled and mashed potato and mango, clarified butter, cardamom, sugar.

00:19 So take a pan, add 2 teaspoon of clarified butter.

00:24 Let clarified butter melt.

00:27 Now add boiled and mashed potato.

00:39 Mix it and cook it for 5 to 7 minutes stirring continuously.

00:44 While our potato is cooking make mango pulp, grind it and make a paste.

00:55 While our potato is cooking now add mango pulp, mix it well and cook till extra moisture

01:02 of mango will evaporate.

01:03 It will take around 5 to 7 minutes.

01:07 Add sugar as per your taste, 3 to 4 teaspoon.

01:11 Mix it and cook it till oil separates.

01:15 Now grease one plate and place this potato and mango mixture.

01:22 Flatten it, cut into cubes to make burfi and your very different potato mango burfi is

01:28 ready.
