00:10 This means educating and calling out non-inclusive behavior.

00:15 Creating safe spaces where women have the confidence to speak up and know they will

00:20 be heard.

00:22 That there is no issue too small or trivial not to be given attention.

00:27 Number two, take an enabling approach to harmonizing work and home life.

00:33 Let's be more understanding and flexible of the challenges of domestic affairs and provide

00:39 assistance and support.

00:42 And lastly, create development and progression opportunities for women, especially for those

00:48 that have talent but find it difficult to get out of their shell.

00:52 We can do this by providing exposure and mentoring.
