Footage of the March 5, 2011 Rayne, Louisiana tornado as it bears down on the Rayne Police Department. This tornado was responsible for one fatality and 12 injuries along its path, the second US tornado fatality in a year that would ultimately become the deadliest for tornadoes since 1936.
