Non-supercell tornado over a rural, fairly mountainous area in Slovakia, near the town of Bytča. This was possibly a cold-air funnel, but the European Severe Weather Database (ESWD) mentions this funnel likely touched down briefly, making it a landspout (cold air funnel touchdowns are considered landspouts, though the process by which these tornadoes form is different from supercell tornadoes and "traditional" landspouts).
