31-year-old Queenslander charged with 116 child abuse related offences

Police have charged a 31-year-old Sunshine Coast man with 116 child abuse offences following extensive investigations in the district. The offences include rape, stalking, taking a child for immoral purposes, indecent treatment of a child, possession and creation of child exploitation material and supply of dangerous drugs. It will be alleged the man had been actively targeting minors online since August 2023.
