It's a full auto gun in Call of Duty Warzone that, with the right add ons, can also perform well at different ranges. You might not get true SMG or Sniper levels of performance at either end of the scale but if you want something heavy hitting at the fringes of that medium range zone, you can push the FARA 83 in both directions.

00:25 If you're taking a break from Warzone's beastly ARs and want to take the FARA 83 for a spin, there are a couple of things you should know about the new weapon.
00:33 First off, the FARA 83 is unlocked for free at Tier 15 on the Season 2 Battle Pass, so it would be rude not to give it a chance.
00:41 While it isn't particularly powerful or accurate, there are a few attachments that can transform it into a competent firearm.
00:48 It's made more of a splash in Cold War's multiplayer, so you'll need a little help preparing it for ranged firefights in Warzone.
00:55 And that's what I'm here for. Here are three builds to help you get started.
01:02 Let's start off with a balanced loadout. This setup turns the FARA 83 into a great medium to long-range assault rifle, and keeps an MP5 handy for close quarters combat.
01:13 Make sure you equip the Overkill perk so that you can carry two primary weapons, and pick the Amp perk to switch between them quickly.
01:20 Feel free to swap out the extended mag and optic to suit your preferences, but the 15.5" contour barrel, field agent grip, and airborne elastic wrap are necessary to make the FARA 83 viable against other medium-range assault rifles.
01:35 It has a comparable time to kill, but its recoil often puts it at a disadvantage.
01:40 The MP5 is a one-size-fits-all solution to fighting in closed spaces, but you can substitute this for another SMG.
01:47 Don't move from place to place with the FARA 83 in hand though, as this loadout sacrifices mobility for controlled damage and accuracy.

02:07 It's a pain in the neck as you work to level it up and unlock more attachments, but this can be remedied with the right approach.
02:14 The Mil-Stop Reflex or VisionTech 2x are both good optics choices.
02:18 You'll want the SOCOM Eliminator and Field Agent Grip for recoil control and aiming stability.
02:24 The airborne elastic wrap is also the best rear grip as it steadies your shots further while minimising ADS time.
02:30 This setup works best without a suppressor, so couple it with another gun using Overkill or choose the high alert perk to make sure nobody's trying to flank you.
02:38 Double Time, which increases the duration of your tactical sprint and crouch movement speed, is also effective when it comes to relocating in the middle of a firefight.
02:48 The FARA 83 isn't only for long-range fights, even though that's where it hits hardest.
02:54 While many SMGs can outclass this rifle, there's a combination of perks and attachments that buff its close-range abilities.

03:04 The underbarrel and stock each increase your movement speed, and the soft target designator also works with the Bruiser Grip to buff your hipfire accuracy.
03:13 Naturally, you'll want a speed mag for fast reload times, and there's room for a scope too, but I recommend picking something simple like the Microflex LED.
03:24 Combine these attachments with Double Time to improve your tactical sprint, but whatever you do, don't get caught up in a long-range fight with this setup.
