Finally, now is the time for the main villain of SF3 to rise, with his bullshit moves. Well, typical of a Japanese game whereby as an enemy boss, he will be hardcore, but when you get to play as him, he is rather not as good as what the bots can do.
And where is my "Resurrection" that the bots can do whenever his life is depleted =.=
Cheapskate!!!!
But then again, despite disliking this character, I must say I just realised he is voiced by Liam O'Brien in the English Version (Very obvious voice cast which I find him likeable. Damn.)
