Arcade Mode
Trophy: Great.
Objective: find and defeat Saiki to unlock him.
How to fight Billy: do a lot of target actions that appear on the screen during the first 3 fights. Try to keep 5 target actions per round in averenge. If you did enough target actions, you should be challenged by Saiki in the 4th fight.
Note: If you don't do enough target actions you may fight Billy instead.
