01:05 two precancerous spots stopped in their tracks, worth it.

01:10 >> As the years progress, there's more and more to it for me, so I find real value in

01:16 >> After splitting from husband Cody Brown in 2022, Janelle's been putting herself first,

01:21 and that includes prioritizing her health.

01:24 >> Routine is good, especially when you're traveling, doing something kind of normal,

01:28 doing something kind of physical with your body.
