French President Emmanuel Macron and his Czech counterpart Petr Pavel agree to send support to Ukraine, but rule out sending combat troups.

01:02 Meanwhile, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky thanked the International Criminal Court for
01:09 issuing arrest warrants for two high-ranking Russian military officers.
01:14 The two men were accused of attacking civilian infrastructure in Ukraine.
01:19 Kyiv is badly in need of weapons to stave off Russian soldiers and is currently using
01:24 makeshift weapons to counter Russian attacks.
