00:10 in this hall seven proposals that pick our feelings and determinations to fulfill a big
00:20 homeland project which was run by our heroes, Bolivar, MartĂ, Morazán. First,
00:28 independence, sovereignty and self-determination from our people. Our democracy is being struck
00:39 by a worldwide crisis of capitalism, wars, inflation, global warming and most of all,
00:48 by the model of corruption of neoliberalism. So, from this afternoon when I'm getting the
01:01 presidency, I propose myself to accompany all the sovereignty declaration of the member states of
01:09 the CELAC. I condemn the blockade from the imperialism to Cuba, Nicaragua and to the
01:17 Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela. Also, to the unilateral sanctions from a state against another,
01:27 to accompany Argentina in this fight by the Malvinas Island. Also, to pronunciate the free
01:37 open discussion about the Puerto Rican situation. Second of all, economic freedom. The condemnation
01:50 of the debt by the environmental investment. We must be free from the external and internal debt,
01:59 to take the resources that we have and join to potentiate the development, denouncing the
02:08 fiscal paradises and the international prosecution centers that are being violent against our
02:18 sovereignty and get our people poor. Third, the regional sovereignty and independence. We
02:28 encourage the democracy and the regional integration, the defense of our grounds in
02:35 human rights in all the Latin American and Caribbean stages. ALABI, CELAC, SICA, CARICOM,
02:45 and the Andean Community, MERCOSUR, Pacific Islands, ALBA, ORCA, Latin American and Caribbean
02:56 Agency from the Arts of Space, the strategy and promotion of the rights of women and the electoral
03:05 observatory, to politicize justice and against the coup d'etat, never more coup d'etat. These
03:18 new forms of prosecution of politics only can improve the intolerance against the classes
03:31 and racism, and there's using the force against the democracy. We must create a regional mechanism
03:40 to contribute to the struggle against those practices. Fifth, food sovereignty and
03:51 independence. Sixth, this community of states from Latin America and the Caribbean must
04:00 build a strength respecting and being articulated from the national level. To fulfill this objective,
04:10 we must introduce ourselves not as individuals facing another region or countries. We must
04:19 reunite and develop in a joint way in front of countries and from other regions, demanding
04:31 our right to have relationships, diplomatic and commercial relations in the frame of mutual
04:39 respect and equality from all the countries in the world. I want to acknowledge the big
04:47 effort from President Raul González to maintain the integration of the Latin American and
04:55 Caribbean region. And finally, as our region declared as peace, so sustained in the respect
05:06 of the international rights, I could include my participation here in this select summit
05:14 without reiterate our permanent condemnation to the assassination of women and elders from
05:27 the Gaza Strip. We support without any reservation the resolution of a ceasefire presented to
05:36 the assembly from the United Nations. It's an urgent matter to establish the human aid
05:47 serving food, medicines and hope and save the lives from thousands of human beings.
