Pemerintah berencana, menyiapkan 200 ribu formasi ASN untuk ditempatkan di IKN Nusantara. Saat ini pemerintah, tengah menyiapkan rekrutmen untuk fresh graduate yang akan bertugas di IKN Nusantara.
