Tom Ochinero, SpaceX's senior vice president of commercial business, has resigned from the company. Ochinero's departure represents a rare high-level exit from Elon Musk's space company. He resigned on Monday due to a family medical matter, according to sources. Ochinero had been with SpaceX for over a decade and helped design rocket components early on. He led commercial sales since 2019 and was responsible for over $1 billion in annual revenue. Stephanie Bednarek will take over Ochinero's role in leading commercial launch sales.
