A woman has been arrested and two people injured after a car reversed at a crowd of people and flipped onto its roof - narrowly avoiding a man's head. Footage captured the disorder, which occurred outside The Cock pub in Bartley Green just after midnight on Saturday.

Two drug dealers have been jailed for their involvement in running a County Lines drugs line between Birmingham and Warwickshire. Theo Kelly and Joshua Smith were sentenced on Friday receiving a combined total of just over 11 years in prison.

Proposals for a new tower in Colmore Row are set to be revisited following concerns raised by Historic England. The plans, which would involve the partial demolition of an existing building will be discussed by Birmingham City Council's planning committee later this month.
