00:16 There are 67.8 million registered voters nationwide going by October 2023's Barangay elections.
00:23 A 5% increase in registered voters nationwide translates to over 3 million new voters.
00:28 Central Visayas has a total of 5,415,071 registered voters, with a majority coming from Cebu,
00:35 followed by Bohol and Negros Oriental.
00:38 COMELEC Region 7 Director Lionel Castellano says the main purpose of the RAP is to accommodate
00:43 students and workers in urban cities who want to vote in their home provinces.
