The premier of Tasmania's Liberal government is considering the demands of two key independents.

00:00 As I've said in my public statements before, my preference is to go back to the original

00:06 agreement we had with the Premier, which I personally and John have not requested for

00:12 that agreement to be dissolved. It was the Premier's wishes last week.

00:16 And so we have left the Premier to consider our position, which is we will work on the

00:23 basis of the original agreement. And so he's agreed to look at that and consider our position.

00:32 So we have made no other requests, no nothing else. We don't want him to do anything else

00:39 but to consider to go back to the original agreement and for us to continue to work together

00:48 with him and not expect us to work for him, but working together in a way that is in line

00:52 with what we have agreed.
