00:03 Talk to me about how you're feeling about, I guess, being in your category and repping your own music.

00:10 Yeah, repping my country, first of all.

00:12 Your country, hell yeah.

00:13 I'm just so happy to be here, I'm happy to live this moment with my beautiful girlfriend.

00:18 This is my first Grammy of my life and I know it's gonna be the first of a lot of them.

00:24 So I feel like this being your first Grammy, you are the moment, it's "double P" time, you know what I mean?

00:31 And I feel like you're ushering in a new era of music.

00:34 What do you feel is that kind of characteristic that you're bringing to the space?

00:39 I think double P as its sound is unique.

00:44 The project, the musicians, the live instruments, everything, the genre, and I think that's the most important thing of all.

00:52 And talk to me about, I think it's really cool to be young in this room right now,

00:57 because I'm sure there are people you've looked up to your whole life that are here.

01:00 Do you feel that and do you feel that camaraderie from them?

01:03 Yes, of course.

01:05 And I feel very happy to be with all these celebrities that I was watching when I was a kid and this feels great.

01:12 Talk to me about how you continue to stay curious in music and how you find new music.

01:19 I just wanted to try new things and to try to do a unique way for fans to hear corridos and to hear musica mexicana and that's what we did.

01:30 Something I love about you as an artist is your signature voice.

01:34 How do you keep your instrument alive and healthy?

01:37 Do you practice different kinds of music? Do you have any scales that you practice?

01:42 I just have a vocal coach that helps me get wealthy and just take care of my voice.
