00:16 Oh, sorry, about two weeks.
00:17 Yeah, so not long at all.
00:20 So, essentially, now that it's pre-mixed,
00:24 we can just chuck it straight into the cocktail.
00:26 So, in total, we're going to have 30ml of the No. 8 dry gin.
00:33 We're going to have 90ml of that Semillon juice.
00:37 We've got a touch of sugar syrup in there, only about 10ml.
00:41 And then 20ml of fresh lime juice.
00:43 Basically, we get so many flavours
00:46 from all of those beautiful ingredients
00:49 that we don't really need to add too much.
