00:19 A black SUV suddenly appeared on the right side of the vehicle with a dash cam.
00:24 He intentionally robbed it.

00:29 But according to the police, the driver of the SUV was actually a kidnapper
00:33 to a rich Chinese businesswoman who was behind the car with a dash cam.
00:38 But the suspects were not informed when the police patrolled the road of Ross Boulevard earlier this morning.

00:51 One of them introduced himself as a former police officer.
00:55 A police officer was caught inside the SUV with three sachets of shabu, hand-held radio, and other items.

01:11 But when they approached, they saw that there was a commotion.
01:16 The men were forcing the woman to leave the vehicle.
01:23 It turned out that the suspects had been following the businesswoman for a long time.
01:27 They even got a paper from them where the license plate of the vehicle they were driving was written.
01:32 They found time to let the businesswoman leave the hotel early in the morning.
01:38 This is the expensive SUV that the suspects used in the kidnapping.
01:43 Aside from the arrested suspects, there were also some who escaped from the vehicle.
